I completely understand that life happens.
Children get sick. Work runs late. Unexpected things come up. You forget. We have all been there.
When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved especially for you.
As a sole practitioner working self-employed, if that appointment is missed or cancelled last minute — that time cannot be refilled.
Life happens to all of us — but it is not up to me to absorb the financial cost of someone else's unexpected circumstances.
